Arabity Online reserves the right to correct pricing or specification errors at any time.

Pricing & Payments

• Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on listing details.
• Promotional offers (e.g., Zero Down Payment, Free Registration, Free Service) are subject to approval and eligibility criteria.
• Financing approvals are subject to bank policies and customer credit approval.
• A reservation fee may be required to secure a vehicle.
• Reservation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Financing & Bank Approvals

• All financing offers are subject to bank approval.
• Arabity Online does not guarantee financing approval.
• Interest rates and installment plans are determined by partner banks.
• Customers are responsible for submitting accurate financial documentation.

Vehicle Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary.
• Arabity Online is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Government processes
• Registration authorities
• Banking approvals
• Manufacturer or shipping delays

Vehicle must be inspected by the customer upon delivery. Any concerns must be reported immediately.

Warranty

• Vehicles are sold with official dealer warranty where stated.
• Warranty coverage is governed by the manufacturer’s official terms.
• Arabity Online is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Reservation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• If financing is rejected by the bank, refund eligibility will be reviewed case-by-case.
• Processing fees may apply to cancellations.

Data Privacy & Customer Information

Arabity Online collects customer information solely for business operations, including customer communication, vehicle reservations, delivery coordination, and service support.

Customer data is used internally by Arabity Online only and is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or when necessary to complete customer-requested services such as financing or vehicle registration processes.

We take reasonable measures to protect customer data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
